The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) awarded Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) a Small Business (SB) Architect-Engineer 2013, Environmental Services (A-E13ES) IDIQ contract to support environmental programs worldwide. The A-E13ES contracts have a 5-year ordering period with 2 additional years of performance and a combined capacity of $500M.
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Environmental Department awarded OTIE a 5-year, $4M IDIQ fixed price contract to provide support to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and other federal installations to perform environmental remediation and compliance services; technical consultation; range cleanup, sustainability, and management; site operation and maintenance; and green and sustainable remediation practices.
On July 20, 2015, the Joint Venture (JV) of Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) and RS&H, Inc. received the Architect-Engineer 2013 Design and Construction Services (A-E13DCS) contract award from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). This full and open ID/IQ contract has a capacity of $950,000,000 over a 5-year period. OTIE and our JV partner will provide A-E services for design and construction oversight to support military construction (MILCON), military family housing (MFH), and sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) programs worldwide.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) selected OTIE through competitive procurement to perform remediation for a former leaking underground storage tank (LUST) site at the BIA Colorado River Agency Irrigation O&M Facility in Poston, AZ. OTIE will provide air sparging and soil vapor extraction (AS/SVE) equipment and operation and maintenance to remediate gasoline contamination released into soil and groundwater from a former LUST site on the Colorado River Indian Tribes Reservation. This is a five-year contract valued at over $1M.
On February 27, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 awarded OTIE the 5-year, Small Business Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) IV contract valued at $50.9M. Under START IV, OTIE will continue to provide a wide range of technical assistance and response support to EPA Region 4 On-Scene Coordinators who implement the national spill response system to protect human health and the environment. EPA Region 4 includes eight states in the Southeast: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and 6 Native American Tribes.
On October 20, 2014, OTIE received the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Tribal Excellence Award in the Quality Category at the Annual Tribal Transportation Conference. This award is given to companies that provide exemplary contributions and service to building while enhancing partnerships with the WisDOT and Wisconsin Tribal communities.
Since 2011, OTIE has provided pre-design and design services on the Sheboygan River AOC Habitat Restoration project that recently won the Wisconsin Chapter – American Public Works Association (APWA) 2014 Public Works Project of the Year Award. Subsequently, APWA selected this project for the 2014 National Public Works Project of the Year Award.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA) selected OTIE to receive the 2012 Outstanding Highway Construction Award for Excellence in Concrete Paving for our management on the USH 41/Mason Street (WIS 54) Interchange in Green Bay, WI. WisDOT selected the project for award because of the complexity of the work, the aggressive schedule, and the high quality of the finished project.
The Public Works Department (PWD) Ventura County selected OTIE as the recipient of the Safety Through Awards and Recognition (STAR) Safety Award for the Naval Operations Support Center (NOSC) Consolidation project at Port Hueneme, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), CA. OTIE received the STAR Safety Award because of the outstanding safety performance during the renovation of three buildings.
