OTIE provided thorough, accurate, and timely review after submittal. Any changes in design or specifications were forwarded to AFCEE/EXP for coordination and approval before forwarding to18 CONS for final approval to the construction contractor.
OTIE participated in testing, facility acceptance, and in facility systems verification tests (i.e., HVAC commissioning tests, pressure tests, etc.). We facilitated all walkthroughs and prepared punch list items for follow up. Our Title II team recommended corrections for deficiencies noted and followed through with verfication of completion and re-certification prior to facility acceptance. We also provided the DD 1354s to transfer completed real property.
