Design/Build for One Stop Convenience Store and Gas Station, Larson Road, Green Bay, WI
IES_Larson-Rd-2012-10-30_136OTIE performed design/build services for a new 9,500 square foot One Stop convenience store and gas station for the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. OTIE worked in collaboration with the tribe on concept development, conceptual design configurations, detailed design, subcontractor procurement, and construction management through completion and operational start-up.
OTIE worked with the tribe in developing their ideas and concepts for the Oneida Market, which is a new marketing concept and space. This entailed placement of merchandise services so that the electrical, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing were in place and designed for ease of future expansion.
The One Stop included two tanks: one 20,000-gallon underground storage tank for unleaded, mid-grade- and high-octane gasoline, dispensers, canopies, and state-of–the-art leak detection and control facilities; and one 12,000-gallon split tank – 6,000-gallon diesel and 6,000 gallon premium gasoline.
