Construction and DemolitionOTIE executed a $1.78M demolition and hazardous material abatement of three facilities. In accordance with Japanese Governing Standards (JEGS) and U.S. regulations, OTIE conducted a haz-mat survey with sampling for asbestos containing materials (ACM) and survey of gypsum board for arsenic and cadmium. OTIE performed abatement of 9,930 cubic meters of ACM including cement board, vinyl tile, floor mastic, HVAC duct wrap, duct flange gaskets, exterior cement siding, and exterior roofing shingles.
