The American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AICCW) nominated OTIE for award based on our construction oversight of the $29M Mason Street Interchange in Green Bay, WI. During the construction, OTIE coordinated with the Oneida Tribe to implement unique community sensitive design elements such as the Tree of Life railing, the turtle configuration of the landscaping boulders in the Taylor Street roundabout, and the thematic Native American mosaic murals on the Mason Street bridge designed by a Native American artist. OTIE also worked with the Oneida Tribe to minimize impact to local businesses, including the Oneida Mason Street Casino through clear, effective informational signage.

OTIE has provided dependable, high-quality planning, engineering design, and construction management services to the WisDOT since 1991 from our offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Stevens Point, and Green Bay. In the past 5 years, OTIE has been a prime contractor on over 50 WisDOT projects statewide. We have successfully completed projects throughout Wisconsin and have developed excellent working relationships with WisDOT staff members at each of the five Regions and Central Office.
